I am not affiliated with Rosstraining.com in anyway , but am sick of people getting ripped off with incomplete programs ,and overpriced wiegths. Check out Ross’s ideas epecially and the alternatives offered to akek your own dumbell and kettlebell handles and add cheap store bought wieght plates. Iron is iron and this is far better than spending your pay check on a million differant KB’s or an overpriced adjustable dumbbell handle.

will this routine get me ripped?
mondays, wednesdays and fridays i do
45 reps with no rest between exercises
kneeling dumbell rows ( on an angled raise)
shifting pushups
burpees
squats
dumbell( kettlebell) swing raise( swing up over shoulders then crunch abs on the way down
then thursdays i lift heavier weights 3 sets of 12
bicep curl
reverce curl
military press
bench press
trap raises
deadlifts
and weekends and tuesdays are rest days
with a healthy diet and this workout routine will i get ripped?

I cant feel my legs?
Been using a kettlebell for two weeks now. Today by far was the most reps I’ve done. I hope i can walk tomorrow. Anyone know any good exercises with kettlebell????
