I am 15, weigh 145 pounds, and am 5″5′ tall.

I want to bring my weight to about 130-ish… I have started going to the gym for cardio and use kettlebell for weight training.

I wanted to start the special k challenge, but then i read some comments and some people were saying that people were dying from starvation! So, I got kind of freaked out….
Does anyone have any ideas for diets that will help me lose weight along with exercise?

  2. Eat lots of protein rich foods like red meat, fish, and cottage cheese. Dont eat a lot of carbs. Eat lots of vegetables and drink lots of water.

  6. exercise tends not to lose much weight as gain it. Muscle weighs 3 times more than fat, so you dont want to be toned. Exercise does lose fat, though. So are you going for a trim shape or a lighter weight? Cut down on calories but not durastically for weight loss and exercise to lose fat. Hope this helps. Wouldnt reccommend dieting at your age. Im also 15, lol. Im hungry all the time.

Also a tip, try eating lettuce. You lose more energy digesting it than you do from the energy it contains. Just eat loads!

  8. Dieting Is Nothing to magure or drastic people think as soon as you mention it you are going to develop an eating disorder or go anorexic But your body is always changing so dieting at a young age can be risky but personaly i am 15 and i try and loose weight only because when i am 20 i still want to be a size 6 ! so good luck :) andd Drink lots of water it’s simple andd sooooo good ! x and still eat your basic meals a day :) Muchh Love
