Has any one bought russian kettlebells and are they worth the price and do they really work?

  2. Kettle bells are fantastic if you have the money. Honestly you can do a lot of the same movements with dumbbells or medicine balls with handles and of course they don’t cost as much. I highly recommend you following a traditional free weight strength training program for 8 to 12 weeks to establish a baseline of fitness then venture into buying some videos on kettle bell training and integrate the dumbbells into it. You could buy one or a set slowly over time as you train with traditional weights.

  4. I had a kettlebell, but I use the freeweights more, along with logs, and large rocks.I started off light and slowly but carefuly,I progressed where now I 1rep deadlift 806lbs. See what works best for you. Have Fun.
