How To Burn More Fat

I came across this video and I thought it was pretty unique for one single reason.. It’s got a lady doing the swings!

Most of the kettlebell videos focus around guys with the simplistic idea that the fairer sex should be satisfied with pilates and the like and should avoid weights at all cost. What a joke!

Kettlebells are awesome for everyone. Male, female, young, old. It doesn’t matter. Hopefully this way incorrect way of thinking can be changed.. in time, anyway!

    I think someone would look silly doing that at the gym…. That’s probably just me though.

    You don’t need to go to a gym to do it though, it would be a much better investment to get your own weights than paying for a gym membership, in my opinion.

    Maybe not kettlebells since they’re quite expensive and their weight isn’t adjustable as far as I know. But I’m sure any kettlebell exercise can be successfully be done using free weights(dumbells).

    it the swing technique was just as bad as this video and it was. Come on Steve show us how they are done right as that was not a kettlebell swing that was a kettle bell squat

    You’re joking… She looks great. It’s always humorous to hear someone make a comment like that because they are typically the ones in the worst shape. Ditch the negative attitude, pick up a kettlebell.
