i cant feel your legs either
do you have any arms ?
Seriously, do not overdo it on any exercise. It is counterproductive…Rest yourself for 2-3 days
JM gave you good advice. DO not over due it.
Think if a rubber band. What happens if you over stretch it too many times? It stops the ability to go back to normal and over age becomes brittle and breaks easy.
Well you could do that to your own muscle system if you overdue it do not balance your workouts properly. Try to come up with a set routine where you are not training the same muscle groups too intense each day. or something like that.
Hope that helps.
LOL Wow sorry hee hee, did not know that!
dammit wulf i’m the one who uses a rubber band in all his examples not you
*growls*
Here’s my take, going all out on exercise is good. BUT you need to give your body plenty of rest between exercise. Thats why a friend of mine (a bodybuilder) recommended that you should on one day focus on legs only, the next trunk only, and the next upper body. Days rest, repeat, legs, trunk, upper body.
Tell me what you're thinking...
