MZGREENIZ asked:

I’m 22 year old female. I want to be fit and in good health. What are some good “starting up” exercises for me. Since I’m new to this whole exercise thing please help me out. I also just bought a “kettlebell” and a jump rope lastnight. Please give me all your suggestions. Also if you have a REAL diet that works please fill me in. Im thinking about cutting out all my breads/pastas. But as we all know… this is a hard thing to do. I’m open to all suggestions! Thanks!!!

  4. have an ipod to listen to. .
if the beats faster your more likely to work harder at the exercise your doing,
ex. running if its a slow song you run slower- – fast song && you pick up the pace.
also, when you work out WITH A FRIEND, you lose 2x the amount of weight!

never eveeeeeer go on crash diets, you gain back all you lost and more

  12. Hi!
Good for you! What I would try is to lift some small weights and work up to heavier later. Has you build muscle alot of that fat with disappear. Also, you want to watch what you eat and stay away from the fatty foods. Good Luck :)

  14. I am in the same boat but I have been on my boat longer I am 43. I have started by only shopping several times a week so I only buy fresh, no snacks (except for Sunday is one treat day). I eat on smaller plates now, I really watch how I am eating (slowing down, drinking lots of water between bites) Lots of vegs and fruits and I excercise a LOT. I have only lost about 10 pounds but at least I am not hungry.

  22. look theres no easy to lose weight, dependin on how fast u want to lose the weight, ur excercise can change. wat i did to lose weight for basketball is running. start out with running a mile a day for 2 weeks, then go up to one and a half, and go up half a miles every 2 weeks. drink nothing but water. and cuttin starch out of ur diet completely doesnt really make a difference, i mean come on, im chinese i eat rice everyday, and it doesnt matter. the reason why pasta is so fattening for people is cuz american pastas are usually cooked with very fattening sauces and too much meat. u just gotta eat right, and by that i mean, for however meat u eat, eat twice as much vegetables and fruit. (of course, its best to not eat that much meat to start with) never eat any junk food or fatty foods. if u hav any more question bout eatin right or excercising, u can ask me anytime

  24. Here is what helped me last time I really applied myself.
    I lost 40 lbs in 3 months going from a 12 to a 4.
First off look into doing a colon cleanse. Dr Natura is what I used . This is an awesome immediate weight loss and you’ll feel so much better to start your new way of life.
Drink alot of water.Think of it as drinking and peeing the fat out.
Use Visualization of what you’d like to look like and fall asleep thinking of your new body.
Use South Beach , after the initial couple of weeks—you will not be hungry and start learning to listen to your body and be able to walk away before all your food is gone.
Both my husband and I had great results using weights and doing “Supersets”.
I highly recommend Joyce Vedral. She has alot of different DVD’s specific to your problems area.
It’s alway’s helpful to have a goal date as well, otherwise the old “I’ll start on Monday” excuse is to easily used.
We were looking at a trip to the Bahamas to get fit for and succeeded!
Make a lil celebratory trip plan of your own to don your new bod.
    Good luck
