  2. Yes I have worked out for kettlebells for about 6 years now. I will tell you, they are the most intense workout you can have! Kettlebells completely changed my life. Also the people leading in the field seem to have a better overall view on fitness in general. They don’t look to get big like a body builder, they work on strength. You’ll get stonger than ever, have a body fat that is in the single digits(if you work hard enough) and feel 10 years younger. They don’t take up any space at all, and the real plus(depending on where you live) is that you practice with them outside. You can just drop the bell when in danger or after a hard press. Go to your local park and workout with them and I’ll guarentee it will be a life changing experience. Being cooped up in a gym sucks, with kettlebells you can go anywhere. I’ll send you some links to get you started. These links will give you a great overview of kettlebell lifts. The “warriordiet” is a diet that was designed by ori hofmekler(google him). It’s the diet a lot of kettlebellers use because it gives you insanely high energy levels and a sense of freedom. One big meal at the end of the day…it’s feels like you are a king feasting on really good meals. Yeah. Hope that was informative!
