45 reps with no rest between exercises
kneeling dumbell rows ( on an angled raise)
shifting pushups
burpees
squats
dumbell( kettlebell) swing raise( swing up over shoulders then crunch abs on the way down

deadlifts
and weekends and tuesdays are rest days
with a healthy diet and this workout routine will i get ripped?

yeah, but only your upper body. Dude you have to work out your lower body too. Do some lunges. And if you run you’ll get rid of any other fat and will look more ripped. You have to be balanced, no weakness. Pain is weakness leaving the body. Remember that. RESPECT!!!
