		<description>yeah, but only your upper body.  Dude you have to work out your lower body too.  Do some lunges.  And if you run you&#039;ll get rid of any other fat and will look more ripped.  You have to be balanced, no weakness.  Pain is weakness leaving the body. Remember that.  RESPECT!!!</description>
