Steve Cotter – Extreme Kettlebell Workout – Kettlebells DVD

November 21, 2008 by Aamir

This video features Steve Cotter showing off some of the exercises on his new dvd set. It looks like a pretty exhausting box set with four dvds worth of stuff. Will it be worthwhile stuff? Or lots of fluff?

I’ll keep an eye out for a review and post it as soon as possible.

If you’re curious yourself, you can pick up the DVD set on Steve’s site – Full Kontact. Make sure to drop me a line at kettlebellexercises@gmail.com and let me know how it is!

  6. Actually …
Actually kettlebells is a traditional Russian cast iron weight . And they were not designed for home work outs. They were and still are the basic weight’s for the Russian military. Also you can get more then 20kg. I’ve used a 32kg a couple of times, and they do go more.

Ive yet to see healthy mass and real core strength in a “bodybuilder’s physique”. GO watch MMA. You’ll notice none of them look like bodybuilders. They would rather be effective than look like shined up muscle heads

  30. KBs saved my …
KBs saved my shoulder and spine. I am not sure how horrible someone form needs to be, but I am guessing bad. MMA seems to have a strange effect on KB use, I fight here and there and I get to watch even high level fighters (never mind how) train, and KBs still seem a mystery to them. MMA likes to appear to have exterme trainng and athletes, but reality is, not many actualy are or do. Peope ume they use KBs, macebells and clubbells all the time, but really, only a very small handfull do.

  42. Throughout the …
Throughout the yeras martial arts have been far behind the curve when it came to conditioning. Martial Artists were always strictly opposed to using weights. So they were proponents of calisthenics and things like kettlebells. Now with the emergence of MMA KB’s are back in favor. However, once the years pass and you see all these people with shoulder injuries….you will know that KBs are absolutely worthless.

  50. Kettlebells are a …
Kettlebells are a sham. Its all hype brought to us from MASTER PRODUCT MARKETER PAVEL!!! The reason why they fell out of the mainstream in the first place is because of the injuries that occured to people years later. Kettlebells were used in the early 20th century. Every sports medicine school is strictly against them!
